This proposal envisions a joint campus for six ministries in Vilnius city centre, at a key location where several modes of transport intersect. The design focuses on continuity, flexibility, and identity, creating a sustainable, long-lasting building strategy that integrates seamlessly with the urban landscape. The new district will connect Vilnius’ old city centre and riverside, serving as a link between the two.

In designing this project, we take responsibility for people’s behavior, creating spaces that unite aesthetics with their everyday needs and actions. It is essential to consider how citizens interact with the environment, ensuring that the built spaces encourage positive, functional engagement for all who use them.

Additionally, maintaining the city’s integrity is a top priority for us. The plan respects the history of the area and its buildings, it draws strength from the architecture of Vilnius’ old town, and it creates a vision for the future in terms of a sustainable, modern way of building. By seamlessly integrating Vilnius’ architectural legacy with modern solutions and requirements, we honor the past while creating a progressive environment that supports the city’s evolution.
